Nature of the service

FileChak provides convenience tools that transform images and documents in a browser. We do not guarantee that an output file always satisfies a particular institution's submission rules or legal requirements.

User responsibility

You may process only files you are authorized to use and must review every result before submitting it. The service must not be used to violate copyright, privacy or trade-secret rights.

Service changes

Features may change or become temporarily unavailable as browsers, file formats or third-party libraries change. Important updates will be announced on the site.

Limitation of liability

Keep a separate copy of important originals. To the extent permitted by law, FileChak limits liability for file damage, failed submissions and differences between device environments.
